Returns and Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

 

🌍 International Orders (Outside the EU, UK, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE )

Due to high international shipping and customs costs, we’re unable to accept returns from countries outside the following regions: EU, UK, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE

However, we do care about fairness and customer satisfaction:  
If there’s an issue with your item, you're welcome to request a replacement at a significantly reduced rate – no return required.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we always aim to offer a smooth and generous solution.

Please note: All international sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed.

If you are inside EU, UK, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE, you are able to return the package at a local return station.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Riyal Clothing, Pablo-Picasso-Straße 1d, 38126 Braunschweig, Germany, support@riyalclothing.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form template below, although it is not mandatory.


Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.


We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.


Return shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.

For orders under €100, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
